Tacos Ebenezer — Restaurant in Shelbyville

Visiting family in town, impulsively had to have street tacos upon seeing the truck open. Bought one pollo, one lengua, one al pastor taco. The pollo (chicken) and lengua (beef tongue) were both good, the al pastor (roasted pork) was exceptional. The hot sauce had a good flavor and a medium heat. Grilled onions, lime, and radishes (I think) were also included in the box. Tacos were $3-3.50 each, served pretty quick from when you ordered. I will definitely come here again...

Nice people working hard to bring great food to the community! I love little food trucks like this. Feels so homey. I love waking up to the food truck and being out in the fresh open air getting great food someone poured their best and soul into!

Do your mouth a favor just go! This is my favorite taco truck. Their tacos are delicious, authentic, and made to order. Owners are equally nice. My favorite menu item is their Carne Asada taco topped with a dripping amount of their homemade green sauce. It's addicting! They just added the elote corn cup and it has so many flavors going on.
