Called the store at 8pm to be sure they were delivering until at least midnight because I was at work and buying pizza for some coworkers for lunch during a rough night. Was told they would be. Placed order a couple hours ahead of time for 3 large pizzas. Called the store 5-10 mins after order was supposed to be delivered as I hadn’t gotten a call/text saying they were on their way. I was then told that they would be on their way to deliver the food in 45 mins. Since we would now be stuck without lunch I asked if there was any way I could get my money back but still have the order delivered so we could eat it on our next break. The supposed manager then asked why I would want it delivered still since our lunch period would already be over and said there was no way for him to void the transaction AND make the food (I guess he had never heard of a pencil and paper). He then said they only had one driver for the night; I understand staffing problems but asked why I never even received a call near the delivery time to inform that they were running behind. He didn’t answer me. Told me there was nothing else he could do. He never even apologized for the lack of communication or the fact that we were now stuck without the lunch we had planned on having. 2 1/2 hours is a bit long too wait for delivery and it happened twice consecutively. I used papa rewards for one of the orders and left to get some carry out after and lost my reward points. Another time I placed a carryout order and change to delivery two minutes after I made the order and called after an hour and a half to inquire about the whereabouts of my food and they forgot to change the order. They delivered cold pizza 20 minutes after I Called. I also placed a carry out order that was $8 with promo code and using my birthday month bonus papa rewards for cheese sticks and I get there and they want $14.60 and only have the pizza. They had no answer for what happened or no solution for how they could fix it. I left with nothing and lost my 10 papa...

When I brought it up I was told that they knew nothing about it, I had other questions in which I asked and was then transferred to the manager. Where I asked and he interrupted me as I was talking to put me on hold to listen to a very low quality hold message. I was then brought back and told him that I knew what it was and I told him and he said he knew nothing about it. In fact he said he knew nothing about papa johns but he was the manager . (ok.) I am very dissatisfied as I did not get to order my anchovies, pineapple, beef, and bacon pizza and was hung up on in the middle of talking.
