I was really nervous to come in today because I have a really bad anxiety disorder and rarely leave the house by myself. But I decided to be brave and have coffee all by myself while I did some work. And the staff was so sweet to me and the environment felt really comfortable. I dress very alternative and have piercings/tattoos, and I'm used to people staring at me when I go out in public. The staff never stared at me or made me feel uncomfortable and One of them even drew an adorable little ghost on top of a coffee that I got to bring home for my brother after I was done working. Made me feel a lot less anxious, felt very at ease and very comfortable. For sure gonna make a habit of coming in on a semi regular basis to work and I'm gonna come to this location specifically because I felt so relaxed and comfortable there. Really hope that the staff knows that they made a very anxious person feel a lot more comfortable when I was originally on the edge of tears walking in there. It's a really normal experience for someone else but it was really nerve-racking for me and being able to be in a place that not only felt accepting of someone who looked a little bit different but also a place that had a pride flag on the wall, knowing it was a safe space for queer people, meant a lot. Today was my first time visiting our new Heine Brothers and I couldn’t be more pleased with their customer service! I wasn’t sure what to order considering I’ve never been to any location before and I like very sweet coffee so I needed suggestions on what to order. The two workers working today were so sweet, patient and helpful. I ended up getting the iced crème brulatte with caramel drizzle and whipped cream which is amazing by the way. I also ordered an egg & cheese biscuit sandwich and the blueberry lemon muffin which were both delicious! 10/10 recommend this location and the delicious...

I stop in most mornings for either a matcha or a hot coffee and a blueberry+lemon muffin. The girls are always super friendly and my drinks are perfect. Friday morning I had placed an order for 12 bakery items for my office staff and not only was the order correct but the items were bagged nicely, individually labeled and they were fresh/warm.
