I hadn't been to troutmans in years. I was in Shepherdsville and decided to stop by to kill some time. I didnt know that it had moved some time ago so it took a few mins to find it. The store is really nice and roomy. The other store was quite small and crowded so that's already a step up. This store has been around a long time and think that if you live in Bullitt Co you know troutmans is the place to go for all kinds of things. Work boots, carhartt items, NRA apparel, Chris Kyle apparel, womens, kids, and mens items. I will say the items are a little pricey but they are great products. I would give zero stars if I could but my wife comes into the store today take back the purse she had bought yesterday the lady took it back well she goes walking around the store and she is being accused of stealing the lady I believe her name was Alexis but it wasn’t the younger girl it was the older lady was very very rude was demanding that she pay for her purse that she had all of her stuff that walked in with I don’t think we will be going back because we go in their several times buying the air fresheners and I buy jeans and shirts we are all about supporting small businesses but I think that we will just take our business...

Went in today looking for some bibs. I found a set I like that fit and went to the register. The gal checking me out stopped me and warned me that they were having issues with the brand. The buckles were breaking. She asked me if there was anymore of that size and once I said yes she effortlessly snapped the clasp.
