I was shopping for a new bed for my guest room recently and stopped into Carroll's Furniture in Sheridan, Wyoming just to see what they had to offer. The whole team is outstanding, offering high quality furniture at a fair price, and staffed by friendly, knowledgeable, and honest folks. Braylee did a fantastic job of showing me their inventory, and I was so impressed by her knowledge and no-pressure approach, as well as the quality of their products, that I ended up getting a new bed for my room, as well! Then Chuck and Danny helped me finalize everything the next day and went out of their way to have the beds delivered right away so my guests could have a more comfortable stay at my house. Adam and Marcel made an extra effort after an out-of-town delivery to ensure that the new beds were delivered and assembled perfectly, AND they hauled off the old bedding for me. The entire team creates a welcoming atmosphere as soon as you enter the store, and everyone was a genuine pleasure to work with. I'll definitely go there first when I'm ready to upgrade additional items. Overall, I would give Carroll's Furniture in Sheridan 10 stars if I could, and encourage anyone looking for new furniture to stop in! The help I received in the store was excellent, I was needing a chair that made into a bed immediately because taking care of my elderly mother in her home. Bought it and was delivered the next day, the best delivery personal I have experienced in a very long time, I need to load a chair in my mothers house which was to large for me to load myself, these two young people loaded it and then ask I want them to come and unload it.
