Have lived here for 4 years. The HOA ( CSI Communities ) is horrible. They do nothing to maintain rules and regulations. From kids riding loud mini bikes up and down the streets, to people bot picking up after their pets, to cars parking in streets making it difficult to get in and out of your driveway. They have signs posted regarding parking in street but have yet to enforce or tow the first vehicle. There are vehicles parked in front of fire hydrants. Utility trailers parked on street. Vehicles parked in same spot for months. Move and live here at your own displeasure. ...
