Today was my last visit here. Every time I go to this location I'm reminded of why it's been so long since I've been in. Bad customer service, irritation from the baristas if you let them know your drink wasn't made right. The last time I was in before this visit the drink was incorrect and the lady running the floor started chewing out the barista in front of me and other customers. Today the guy re-making my drink after I came in from the drive through and saw my label wasn't correct literally walked away and left my drink while he was making it to go restock the case with lunch food in it and my drink sat there for several minutes before someone else walking by finished and just set it on the counter. Didn't say what it was because she had no idea what was going on. Not even an apology for the misunderstanding. I also didn't receive a receipt for my order. I visited this location over the weekend and ordered two Venti Mango Dragonfruit Lemonade Refreshers and got two VERY watery drinks that looked nothing like what I'm used to when ordering this drink. I asked the employee why the drastic difference and all she said was it was based on the amount they put in. Had i not been in a rush, I would have asked them to remake the drinks or take them back and refund me. Attached is a picture of the drinks I was given vs. what i ordered. They insisted on taking my order even though I indicated I was in no hurry. I ordered a flat white, but they made me a latte, not seeming to know the difference. They were walking back and forth to enter drive thru orders while making my drink. Attitude of the employee (who had pronouns on their apron) was what I would call "fake-friendly."
