I've been a costumer for over 8 years at this very location.I'm not sure what's happened in this past year. I come in with a torn ligament in my knee.Young girls up front are very visibly stressed.In the middle of taking out the trash.I smiled and just let them know I was going to need help grabbing something due to the knee whenever anyone had a chance(bc I know they can page someone right then.)They acted like I was asking them to stop in the middle of their task to help me.I said no worries.Super laid back.All I needed was large pine shavings.They page someone back there. And I politely said "oh yeah! Something to clarify for those back there, I need large or medium"she seemed like I was talking down to her.So I said "so that way they don't acc. Grab the wrong one&has to go back..😬""The blonde said "here, we can go together."I laughed and mentioned the knee."She very annoyed or stressed is like "I'll go get it myself"..Brings back the small grain.I was like "ooh I'm so sorry but I really needed the medium or large, did they have any other sizes?"&She's like "we dont have large"so i say"what about medium?..😬" She gets short and says "here I'll take you back there& you can see for yourself"& after that attitude I was like "hey no worries.. I'll just take one of these handicap carts."I go over, and she's directing me as if I'm an entitled idiot.I let her know I was pretty sure it wasnt charged..she aggressively tries to turn it on.Calling me hon in a condescending manner even though im.29 and she's probably 19 max.It was dead.As i politely stated.I wanted to abandon mission there from embarrassment but she tells me to get on one of the flat carts.So I do.Thinking the fun and inventive gesture will lighten the mood. I make jokes. Silence.Every employee in the store gives me stank looks and asks why im on that even with a visible brace on.one even stops us telling me i can't be on it.We explain each time.We go back,out of stock.of large or medium.So we go back front, then the two complain about an employee being late, about work all while treating me like I'm an entitled inconvenience.The entire situation could've been avoided by paging someone back there initially and asking if things are in stock, what sizes and asking how many I needed or what I wanted to dow/ info given,while I paid and pulled up the car patiently.Which I mentioned multiple times Im in NO rush.To avoid making a big deal out of a very basic &common request.Every other time I've been here they've voluntarily asked me if I needed help carrying anything out to the car.i've never needed the service before.I've NEVER been handicapped before.& man after this experience I pray never again.Stanky staff+ high turn over of employees is usually indicative of poor management and too low a wage.For the girls who may be reading this,you don't HAVE to work there+ it isnt my fault.I've been where you are.Life is too short to let trivial things(that ur being paid hourly to deal w/!) tax your soul & bleed negativty to those who are genuinely kind, understanding, +patient.They're in for a rude awakening if they ever work any other retail or service ind. Job..Like waitressing!Lol!It's funny because whenever I wear my homestead work clothes and open carry.Im like fam.But when I come in eclecticallydressed or w/o my bf I'm often talked down to like they assume I'm an idiot or liberal or something.The long term employees are gold.Be grateful for them management.I shouldnt have look a certain way in order to be treated with common decency basic respect.I'm sorry you girls had a rough day but life is long.You'll have worse.Believe me.It isnt worth it & treating me poorly because you're being judgemental,condescending while acting like you already know everything isn't going to win you favors in life.Esp.the older you get.I found out when recalling to my bf, when he went in without me a few days prior, the same pair were also complaining & extremely pushy about acredit card.3+ times he said no for sure to the point where the transaction was delayed.Do...

Usually love this store but they had a Coleman mini bike that was marked for $429. I said I wanted the floor model the price was on since it was put together. But they said they have to sell in the back first- brought the box out it was a totally different bike. They mislabeled the floor model and we saw it last week and thought about buying it, went back today to get it and even though THEY MISLABELED THE BIKE they wouldn’t honor the price. All of them have walked by it in a weeks time I’m 💯 sure. Pretty unique interesting store kind of like a cross between Ace hardware tractor supply with a touch of Neiman Marcus and big bass sports. Kind of like an upper class redneck supply store. They have a large selection of designer redneck clothes. A large selection of camping and outdoor and so-called sportsman outdoorsman so called supplies. They do have higher quality merchandise than most other stores. And they have some pretty good policies.
