So my significant other has been coming to this location since the first day they opened. She has always ordered the same drink from day 1 and has never changed it up. Over the past almost year, they have been messing up her drink numerous times. Today, when I went through the line, the store manager informed me that if they make the drink wrong, they will no longer be able to remake the drink. This is the worst customer service I have ever encountered! I'm sorry that your employees make mistakes and have continued to mess up the drink numerous times. But this does not give the business the right to put the fault on the customer. As someone who has consumed this drink from the day the Sierra Vista location opened, I'm sure the customer knows what their drink should taste and look like. It's funny considering that I was in training to work at this location before a better opportunity landed. They teach you in training customer service, the customer is always right and that they will always make it right for a customer, but then in reality, they don't honor that. Since we do not have a DB near our home, I'm always looking for one when I travel. I've been to several different locations but my all time favorite location is Payson, AZ because of their consistency. After MANY visits to Payson, I've only had one incident with an incorrect order. Happily they refunded me and re-made the drink.
I do not recommend the Yuma location. Every. Single. Visit. They have gotten the order wrong--large black Americano and iced tea with SF peach.
