DON’T GET ME WRONG! I love Subway, but I had a bad experience with the individual who prep my sub sandwiches., Which I ordered 2 foot long subs. Tuna/cold cut. This person did not greet me as I walked in, he didn’t smile at all and he fixed the the most sloppy Subs ever. He was being lazy., He didn’t put enough tuna and added too much of lettuce and tomato bell peppers. Unfortunately, he was throwing the vegetables on the bread and lots and lots of mayo. And he wasn’t even focusing on what he was doing but he kept asking too many times
what else” repeating and confusing me. He definitely seemed bored and not happy with the job. The cashier didn’t know how to help me with my gift card. The three night shifts employees were not professional. I don’t think I’ll go there in the evening. Both subs were sloppy! I know what needs to be done when your a subway employee .I worked @ subway in the city of Compton in California, morning and night shift. And I know how neat and squeaky clean it has to be before closing. I be out of work by 1:30 am. Believe me I know meats are counted and listen to the costumers of how they want their subs. Costumer’s are always right. 10/10/24 Ps. Dreadlocks should be pulled back away from face. Couldn’t see his eyes. Please train them to be courteous and respectful and respectful towards costumers. The morning staff are all happy campers. And they greed everyone...
Read moreI have eaten countless sandwiches at Subways all over the U.S. For the last few years, I have been eating Subway's salads just to avoid some carbs. I guess I'd not had one in a while, as the preparation had changed and I was unaware of that. Previously, the ingredients were put in a bowl, chopped, and put in the serving bowl. This mixed the ingredients with dressing and made them bite-sized. However, the new (Covid-19, apparently) prep that involves less handling, produces a much less appealing salad. The cheese and meats were chopped up but left stuck together in small stacks. The vegetables were layered in the bowl but not mixed. So you eat a layer of onions, a layer of spinach, a layer of bell pepper, etc. The slices of tomato and cucumber are a bit large to eat with other ingredients. The dressing is not distributed throughout the salad. I suppose I could have brought a knife to the table, cut up the salad, put the lid on the plastic serving box, and shaken up the salad, but that wasn't what I was paying for. In retrospect, I could have just gotten a sandwich and saved a couple bucks. Disappointing but not by any...
Read moreI ordered a steak and cheese salad. I asked that they NOT chop it up because in the past having a chopped salad from subway it's been a bowl of water down mush! The girl behind the counter kept making a huge deal that I didnt want my salad chopped and how it had to be. I went to cancel my entire order (we had sandwiches as well) then she allowed me to have my salad not chopped. When the next employee in line took over my salad felt there wasn't enough meat in the tray she was about to put a little bit more in it but the 1st girl who made a big deal about my salad being not chopped said not to add more. I didn't make a complaint about it or said anything but was not happy about my order. I paid 8.00 for a salad that had little to no meat in it. I over paid for awful service and a vegetable salad and more then likely wont be back for a...
