This Panda Express is a disaster. Third time visiting consecutively where I was disappointed. First of all the ordering process is very disorganized, one person starts my order and it takes two other people to handle my food before itās completed. I mean one person starts my order, places it on the counter and walks away to take a drive through order, another person asks me what I ordered, picks up bowl to finish the order, places it down and walks away to stare into thin air, third person finishes order caps it and leaves it on counter. Then after a while and a bunch of backed up orders it arrives at the cashier and I have to re do the entire order so they can properly charge it. They get it wrong and over charge me. When I bring it to their attention, I get the itās been charged and there is nothing they can do. Offer me extra food. After I decline, they state they canāt give refunds, only GM can. Did not get order properly resolved. Second, they didnāt have white rice, fried rice or any rice for that matter, no explanation. Just rush me through their line. Third, they always attend to the customers in a rush like itās a production line and with an attitude. I wonāt go back there again. Literally about 7 employees behind the counter, and only one possibly two being productive. A 5 minute visit turns into nearly 20 minutes and we havenāt even received our food yet. Possibly the most disorganized food service I have ever experienced....

I don't believe in negative reviews because of ONE employee. Friendly staff, inviting smiles and overall never had an issue until last night. Right at the end when asked to get an order of the "fresh" cream cheese ragoons that was just put on the line the employee argued both are fresh and had an attitude instead of just satisfying a paid guest and simply saying "sure". But the look of disgust on her face said she was bothered by our request. Now had it been her family or friend's I bet it wouldn't have been a problem, it's not like I asked to go and fry a fresh batch. This is what is wrong with customer service. I have 30 years experience from bottom to top in the food industry and part of arguing is unacceptable when asked politely. Feedback is always good so there can be room for improvement and to make sure you are always giving 100%. Now I know some people may have had a bad day or a moment but when you are on the clock you get paid to do your job. This is how you get a paycheck, by simply DOING YOUR JOB! Ā Ā Ā Read moreI came in to get a plate of food and the service I received was horrible, it already seemed like an extremely dense environment and then a gentleman named Ian āhelpedā me with my food and he was beyond rude. I specifically asked him nicely if he could at least try to get me the smaller pieces of orange chicken as it is extremely hard for me to eat the bigger pieces, he completely ignored my request and it seems like I got more big pieces than normal, I simple shrugged this off as I did not want to be more of a bother than he already made me feel. I then get to the register already wanting to leave due to how uncomfortable this worker had made me feel, my boyfriend was still trying to be nice and tried to make small talk with Ian, this worker completely ignored him and interrupted him. It felt like he was just trying to get us out of there and was being extremely dismissive towards us, I have never felt more uncomfortable in a fast food place, usually when I come to panda the service is phenomenal which is what always brings me back but after tonight I think some of these workers need to be retrained on how to properly handle customer service, the only person there that did not make me feel horrible and was actually nice was quinn.
