I always come here for gifts for friends but they lost a customer today. I was getting a custom cup made in between calls for work. I selected my font and color, I expected to have to come back but they did it all right there. But, she did it with the wrong color.
She said no worries, I'll have it fixed in a couple minutes. At this point I had been in the store for an hour. I told them I didn't need gift wrapping bc I needed to get home to do a call. As I sat on the bench for my cup to be corrected, imagine my surprise when the person helping me stops working on my order and starts wrapping other people's item at checkout. There were two women who could have helped as well. Then when I said I needed to go, they questioned how far I lived. It's not relevant how far I live, it was their mistake which had me waiting around. Their attitude about me needing to leave or questioning why I needed to get on the road is a horrible...
Read moreI love this store but have not visited in quite some time. I guess I appeared to be an outsider as the staff would have no idea who I am. But seriously, when I touched something to look at it the clerk asked me if she could put it on the counter for me. I was interested in a hand bag and (a few bracelets) the clerk (I heard her) sent a young woman over to me....I touched the bag to look inside! This was the third time I was approached in the store, in a matter of minutes... I understand the loss stores are concerned about...but she pushed me right out the door by being overly cautious. Oh, by the way, I told her I but the bracelets back on the rack and of course did not buy the handbag! Note to clerk: I would recommend you start a conversation with an unfamiliar customer, make them feel comfortable. Please do not judge. Mollys lost my $250.00...
Read moreI bought a pair of Oofos flip flops from them several months ago. The toe area completely broke. I attempted to exchange but lost my receipt. I’m sure a small boutique has my cc records, especially when I knew the date of purchase. I asked them if Oofos has a warranty and they had no idea. They were quickly dismissive because I didn’t have my receipt. I contacted Oofos and all they needed were photos of the damaged flip flops. They didn’t even need my receipt and are shipping a new pr. If it was my boutique I would know the warranty policies of my venders and would have exchanged the flip flops knowing Oofos would send me a brand new pair. I would not have lost anything and...
