Geek Squad — Local services in Sioux City

Went in earlier today said we wanted to buy two TVs no one came over to help we left came back at 5:15. I’m gonna say said we wanted to buy two TVs. They said they’d send someone over nobody was there. We grabbed the TVs we wanted went to the TV counter register there was a gentleman behind the register saying yeah they’re gonna send somebody over here to help you. We just would like to check out. Oh well then you can go to the checkout. We had a 65 inch TV and a 32 inch TV and we had to drag the 65 until a girl came up with the a dollie. Went to the register by the Verizon counter. I asked if they had warranty she said yes one year, I said I would like the 5 year one please she said ok. Asked for the name address and email had to repeat it 4 times even spelling the city we lived in. The gal standing next to her said ma’ma she is just trying to get your information you do not need to be rude. Mind you the girl that was taking our information could not stop chewing on her gum or chew with her mouth shut, that might of helped her hear a bit better. I said I don’t think I am being rude. Worst service ever tried taking my pc in. Right away tried upsaleing by saying we should sign up for a 179 dollar deal. And still pay the service repair fee of 100 dollars but there web site says 84 dollars. When asking a manager. He makes the customer feel like an idiot. Said this feels like false advertisement, and a lawyer would love this. He then said we're done. I said so you refusing to do your job and if this is how you treat your customers then I will never go to best buy sioux city ever again. He said he doesn't care what I say or do. DON'T EVER GO TO GEEK SQUAD, EVER!!!!!! They give the worst customer service to anyone who has problems with their computers, and they're all UNFRIENDLY PEOPLE. They don't care if they're fixing people's computers properly or not, they just want money from the customers......like $300, THAT IS A RIP-OFF!!!!!!

If you want your computer fixed whether if it has a simple problem or how much there is to fix, go to places like Advanced Computers or Dakota PC Warehouse that would charge customers a whole lot less...
