I shopped Chico's for the very first time a few weeks ago. I am NOT impressed! They want almost all of your information just to buy something from their store. Please people...I'm here to shop not to be harassed over my email address not being in the system. I bought over $300.00 in clothing. I found a cute pair of shorts that I thought one of my family members would like however they did not fit her. The next day I went back to Chico's to return the shorts. Upon my arrival I was greeting by a male associate and told him the issue. I had the receipt from the day before and the tags were still on the shorts. Holy Cow....you would have thought I had asked for the world....here we go again with the email which I refused to give to him...they he wanted my phone number which is unlisted and I refused to give to him...then he wanted my driver's license....REALLY? I politely explained the return policies of some of my favorite stores...Macys, Neiman's, Saks and Cache (rarely that I return anything to these stores but if I need to it is NEVER a problem!) and he simple told me to go back and shop at those stores.....well thank you very much Chico's for hiring unprofessional staff who excel in poor customer service. I am happy to oblige and I will continue to shop my favorite stores and will NEVER step foot in...
Read moreThis was the Worst Customer Experience I have ever encountered. This has happened twice. I promised myself I would never go back to this location. I greeted the store manager and the associate and they never responded or acknowledged me. They just stood there talking and then just stopped and looked at me. When I tried to explain that I had an allergic reaction to the material I purchased they just stared at me., without any acknowledgment, I told them I had my receipt and I was a Breast Cancer Survivor. Again, they didn't say anything. So I walked out of the store and as I was approaching my car an associate ran out the door and said my supervisor was listening for me to come back in, I never turned around I just got into my car and left and called corporate office. Stayed on the phone with corporate office 1 hr 35?min. No resolution at all. A waste of my time and money. I will absolutely go back to shopping at Macys, Dillards and Von Mar! The Worst Experience Ever for a BC Survivor ! I don't need...
Read moreNice store in a lovely shopping district. The customer service ruined my Chico's experience today so I left. What happened today. I walked in and waived hello while smiling (like is my custom) at the clerk. She never spoke but walked toward me. Still never greeted me until I said good morning. Another two customers walked in after me and they were happily greeted. Another woman came out of the fitting room and chatted it up nicely with the same clerk. Difference between myself and the other three women. You got it, skin color. I'm disappointed. Couldn't possibly return or recommend this...
