: On Sunday, May 12, 2024 at 12:00pm, my daughter and I went in the Kirkland location at 1250 Scenic Hwy S #1712, Lawrenceville, GA 30045. No one greeted me when I walk in. No one asked me if I needed help or assistance with anything. A worker came out the back room and looked me in face and walk right passed me. At that time I had realized I was invisible, being in the store for 20 minutes. I had decided to leave. My daughter said Mom No one offered to help us. Its sad in 2024 people are still racist and I have to make excuses to my daughter for people behavior..I have been to that location on several occasions cause I love kirklands but have been ignored over the years as a black woman. I have seen white people come in the store and they were greeted. I have realized ..that was last time I would visit that...

This location usually has bright and bubbly people working here. I love coming to this location, especially at the holiday time. However, on this particular day, instead of making an announcement at the store will be closing soon this particular worker decided to tell everybody that she was turning the lights off in a few minutes and locking the doors. I went to the register to check out, and there was some confusion with what was discounted as there was a Storewide sale. The item was a higher price than I expected. I told her.
