She brought that same artistic palatte to her work, staging our home perfectly making me wonder why we would sell such a beautiful home? Cut: That's easy. Kathleen is brilliant. No gem catches and throws light better. Carat weight: Heavy hitter. The Babe Ruth of real estate. Her reputation for sales at top market value is unassailed. Clarity: Where the rubber meets the road. No one could have been more clear from her very first description of how she would sell our home. Every interaction, next step, helpful advice, explanation and guidance right up to the victory dance of our sale was understandable, reasoned and easy to follow.
