I needed a necklace for a new turquoise top which is plain. One of the other shop owners on the square suggested “The Total Look” boutique on the square in Sonoma. I didn’t shop for clothes but there is a lot of inventory to choose from. I was there to find the perfect necklace. And I had four viable choices but one was absolutely perfect, giving me the total look I was going for! I received assistance and good suggestions from all three staff members. This buying experience has been a nightmare, first time purchase with them on line. Placed order, was to be notified when shipped, no email received, followed up with text if shipped, reply was that it shipped with tracking number, searched tracking number, no such number in ups system, call store, clerk saya she is busy will call back in a couple minutes, no call, call 2 hours later, she says she left message for me, no message and proceeds to tell me it has already been delivered which is false. I live in the Bay Area, 2 hours away from this boutique. Everytime I go to Sonoma, this is a MUST VISIT store for me. Always find something there, either on sale, or on special, or regular merchandise, but ALWAYS UNIQUE and reasonable. I have gotten shoes, earrings, scarves, tights, jackets, blouses from Total Look. Sales lady is always helpful and resourceful. She will tell customer whether something looks great on or when it should be skipped...
