Sweet Scoops Homemade Ice Cream — Restaurant in Sonoma

Love this place, we were in Sonoma on a Saturday, and chanced upon this place as we were walking near the Sonoma Historic State Park. There was a short line outside that was moving quickly, so we didn’t have to wait long.

We got double scoops of butter brickle, red velvet cake batter, mango strawberry sorbet, and peach. Everything tasted amazing, and the staff was polite too. I thought the portion sizes were great for a double scoop of 7 dollars.

You can park in one of the nearby free parking lots, and walk to here. They’ve a small table outside in case you want to eat here, if not, then there’s a park right across the street, and there are tables there as well.

Lovely life cream spot located in Sonoma square. Perfect spot for a sweet treat while around the area and the park. There’s usually a line out the door and some seating outside. Home made ice cream where you can smell the waffle cones being made. They can make any size a split scoop so I got a kids split in a cake cone because it isn’t as messy. You can sample as many as you like, I got the mint chip and Oreos and cream, SO GOOD! My friend got a half or full scoop on a cake cone with Oreos and cream and something with butter brickle. It was really good! They even have vegan flavors and sorbet! Service was great and super friendly, they take Apple Pay as well! My daughter has celiac disease, and it’s really hard for us to find places to eat and specially ice cream. Here we found gluten free ice cream as well as gluten free cones. No cross contamination. We live at 35 min from Sonoma and my daughter is always asking me to take her here, such a nice place. Staff is GREAT, this last time ( yesterday) my daughter got her ice first then my boy and me. When I was about to pay I turned and I saw her ice cream on the floor. She was so upset, I told her don’t worry baby I will get you a need one and the employee was already serving her.
