Aaron's Rent To Own — Local services in South Bradenton

UPDATE: So I have been getting phone calls daily from a gentleman with Aaron's by the name of Calvin....certainly not the original Cory I was told I HAD to speak with. I remain out of state with an ill family member playing caretaker. I do not have alot of opportunity to make it into town where i have reception, but did make it today, listened to my vm, and called Calvin at Aaron's in Florida. I was told by Vanessa that Calvin would not be available for an hour or so......REALLY!!?? so I'm finally calling and once AGAIN the person I'm supposed to talk to isn't available! WOW!!! Tired of playing phone tag with these people... ...after my original complaint, I filed a complaint on the regional level and was assured that a manager would contact me, within 48 hrs....nope!! Nothing!!! So basically I'm doing what I'm supposed to do, but Aaron's is dropping the ball.....I am available when I am available, I am the customer, they should always be available for their customers, obviously not! Not sure why I'm being called to begin with!! I had to leave the sofa behind!!! Because Aaron's refused to take it! They Took 1/2 the furniture but left the high priced item, go figure....on top of that, they left the decision to 2 delivery drivers who never even sent pics! I'm smart and dont appreciate being scammed!! I wish I could post a pic of the set, because it was in new condition when they came to pick it up! Yes, I have time stamped pics! Calvin needs to contact the regional mgr with whom I left a detailed complaint with, and let him know that when I called, he WASNT available!!

Done! Never in my life have I been treated so poorly! I certainly did not serve my country for this! I have been told on numerous occasions that I need to speak with Corey regarding matters, yet somehow he is never available when I call! I am in a delicate situation at the moment, out of state, very grave ill family member to care for, and trying to tie up lose ends here! Was told to my son that the brand new sectional couldn't be taken because of two dead bugs . Of course they are dead, the Apt is sprayed every month!! Welcome to Florida folks! The tables and lamps were taken. My son has taken pics of the sectional to prove the condition it is in and that there are no bugs! I have my phone records of attempted calls to Corey. I have the names of all the rude young salespeople I have spoken with for an entire week trying to get this accomplished. I am a Vet, a Gulf War Veteran, I have never ever filed any complaints about any business...this is a first! The young lady I spoke with a half hour ago is a disgrace. And I will not be disrespected like that. I am no longer interested in speaking to anybody at the store level at this point. I am more interested in not wasting my time on such poor business practices and will resume this matter when my family issue is resolved. My hands are now tied with the fate of the sectional....it was refused, not my problem. That's what lawyers are...

Wonderful place! We looked all over town for a small washer for our trailer. Every place we called either didn't answer the phone or treated our request like, "Ummm... Maybe Amazon?"

When we called Aaron's, their associate was attentive, knowledgeable, and had exactly what we wanted at a great price!

When we visited the store we were immediately greeted by our associate, Gregory. He directed to the washer we wanted. There was no pressure to buy so we went home, measured the opening, and determined that Aaron's washer would be perfect.

When we returned, we were greeted by Corey. He asked if we were back for the washer and offered us a hamburger! Apparently they were having a Father's Day cookout in honor of their customers.

This place is nice. It's clean and they have a nice selection of fair-priced merchandise. The real secret here is the people. They are great. They obviously take pride in their jobs and it shows.

Give Aaron's a shot. They're not the biggest place but they have an eclectic collection of merchandise and they obviously take pride in servicing their customers. I saw nice stuff there that I haven't seen anywhere else and they were great people. Isn't that what...

oh my my, yes! i must begin the highest of aculades, great review of this store, the management, an staff, by sayin when first ya open the door walk in the gorgeous beauty & great expances of the so organized, well aranged, nicely dispayed orangement of this store is amazinly! stunnin! now ta say of SIR COREY, the finest manager of any store i deal with, hes so cooperative, quite the special leader, so friendly & helpful! then SIR! KENNY, as a sales manager hes the top of the line, hes gone over board ta help me get all i need in this aarons store, an is as nice ah person as is COREY & the full staff, LADY! LUPE, whom ive know for many years now, has the knowldge an ability ta deal with all aspects of this finest of aarons stores. so in conclution, ill say this store is the best workin, most friendly, most beautiful, well run, very helpful & cooperative of many stores i deal with in life, its always ah joy an pleasure ta deal with COREY, KENNY, LUPE. an ta say of SIR! DRAGAN, whom ive not yet delt with, yet his most corgial, friendly, well knowleged, an ah grand asset...
