Made an appt to consign the staff is soooooooo rude and unprofessional. against my better judgement I left my items. When the ones not sold were due for pick up they gave me an item with a missing belt. Did not even care same girl that took consignment same rude attitude. I took 5 pairs of expensive shoes. Only one pair sold. I never heard back from Swap Boutique located in South Miami so I called them. They stated that they sent me an email for my items to be picked up. I never received said email. What they do is that they use this tactic to keep your expensive items.
