Absolutely DISGUSTING service, quite literally the worst I’ve ever seen. Not from the servers, oh no, the owners. I ordered an over priced quiche for 13.95!!! Came with a small side of fruit. I go back to work around the corner and open it in front of my boss, excited because I had a crepe from this place before and it was actually great. To my surprise is a completely burnt extremely small piece of quiche. My boss says that looks terrible, go back and get a refund while I’m on the clock!!! because she felt so bad for me. I go back and very politely ask if I can actually just get something else and pay the difference. I am told no I have to buy a whole other meal and suffer by everyone on staff and the owner and her husband. I should have gotten a picture of this quiche because you would not believe they thought this was completely okay to serve people. Let alone I gave it a chance and took a bite of it. BURNT! Explained then I just want a refund as I returned it and I have every right to a refund as it was inedible. The owners cursed me!!! A 21 YEAR OLD GIRL and embarrassed me in front of at least 20 people in the restaurant. The owners than decide to THROW the quiche back at me 3 times stating that she can no longer resell it as I’ve taken a bite out of it!!! I had to try it! 1 measly bite! Let alone I took it off the property, implying she would have sold it again if I had returned it without a bite which is completely illegal. I could have done something to it! Regardless, I have never experienced such horrific and atrocious customer service in my life and I feel all need to beware of this place. I was so upset, I felt as if I should tell everyone that walked into my job to never go to this place. That is no way to run a legitimate establishment or just treat A PERSON! ALL OVER A $3 PIECE OF QUICHE THEY MUST HAVE GOTTEN FROM COSTCO AND ENDED UP PUTTING IN THE OVEN AND ACCIDENTALLY BURNING THE WHOLE PIE. Ridiculous. NEVER GO TO THIS STORE, THE MOST UNFRIENDLY ESTABLISHMENT EVER! Completely immoral so called restaurant embarrassing a young girl like that who was completely respectful and fair. You can also see the owner comments back to all of these reviews if they are bad and tries to invalidate an honest review from a normal person because they CANNOT take criticism. Read moreFirst and last time we ever visit this place. The food was terrible, tasteless crepes, the onion soup was cold, overall poor quality. With that said, the food was better than the service. If you have young kids, stay away, they don’t want you there.
We went to lunch with our two kids, a one year old and a 3 year old. When we asked for a table the host told us it would be a 40 minute wait, knowing my kids were hungry I asked if I could have some crepes to go instead, he said yes and told me to order at the bar. When I was ordering I noticed there were several empty tables, assuming it had been an oversight I asked if we could sit and the host agreed. Since we had already started placing a to go order I told them we were ready to order whenever they were, which was a bit obvious, we had already looked at the menu. They sat 2 other tables at the same time they sat us. The other 2 tables had their food arrive before they even took our order. They ignored us for a very long time. We waited and waited, my two young kids were starving. By the time our food arrived the other tables had paid and had left. We felt very unwelcome, they didn’t even give us enough silverware or napkins for 4. We were so upset that I asked for the dessert crepe (which I had already ordered) to go so we could get out of there. They then took another eternity to bring it. Read moreI guess the owner was not in a good mood today. Constructive criticism is not very well taken. So We get to the restaurant and put in my order at 9:30. 1. Omelette and 1. Special Breakfast over easy eggs. (food is to eat here) And 7 ham and cheese Crossaints TO GO. So we are enjoying our time and notice a table of 5 that’s sits down after us. So here comes 10am and our breakfast hasn’t come in and the table of 5 that came in after is already enjoying their breakfast! So we ask the owner hey do you know if the order was put in correctly because we have food to eat here and it’s been 30 mins and we have not gotten it. His Response: “Don’t you think about the other people here, you are not the only one” Our Response: “we come here a lot and never have experience delay and the table behind us came after and has already being served” His Response: “Well it doesn’t work like that, there are many other places you can go” So we got up and left!!!! If you are the owner of a restaurant you need to learn to treat people right and with education. You are involved in the service industry; if you have made a mistake then apologize and move forward.
