Jake has always been super attentive to my needs and wants on my skin care journey. I never have to remind him of allergies or skin type (even when we’ve gone months without seeing each other). He is awesome at checking in before treatments to see how I feel my skin is doing and what I’m looking for… very open and honest with every step and product he is using during the process. I love love LOVE that he uses products that are scientifically backed up with extensive research. Jake is very knowledgeable about the products he is using and has a vast knowledge base on other outside products — and he good about letting me know which ones would or wouldn’t help me without pushing a specific brand really hard. Which, makes me trust him even more because it’s about what works and not necessarily the name behind the product. And not to mention, Jake is awesome at reading my vibe… whether I want to have a chatty session or a zen/quiet session, he’s great at adapting to my mood. I also really appreciate the ability for house calls now!!
