DICK'S Sporting Goods — Local services in South Union Township

I was told I could not return a kayak after using it at this location. But a few days ago I went to Morgantown and returned a second kayak that I bought. I bought two both did not work out. Morgantown took it back with no problem this location however says that I cannot return it so I called customer service and they said there is no policy on kayak returns. Make sure when these people say you can’t return something call the customer hotline they I guarantee 90% of the stuff that these people refuse to return are able to be returned. Gave me a really hard time with a return which a had a receipt for. Was told they didn't sell the jacket there. I bought it only 3 days earlier. While waiting the lady patted down an employee before he could go outside. The company doesn't trust their own employees and they shouldn't do pay downs in front of customers in line. Waited in the running department for 30 minutes to get help with selecting new shoes. 2 associates passed by in that time. Might as well shop on Amazon or go to Gabe's.

Update: about 2 minutes after the initial review, an associate appeared and helped me find a decent pair of shoes while also saving $50 by buying an older model. Almost made up for the wait. However, the cashier at checkout wasn't...
