I was told I could not return a kayak after using it at this location. But a few days ago I went to Morgantown and returned a second kayak that I bought. I bought two both did not work out. Morgantown took it back with no problem this location however says that I cannot return it so I called customer service and they said there is no policy on kayak returns. Make sure when these people say you can’t return something call the customer hotline they I guarantee 90% of the stuff that these people refuse to return are able to be returned.
