After realizing the Westfarms Mall location of Brighton has closed, I was thankful to realize at that point there are other locations, including this one in South Windsor. Luckily I was not a last-minute shopper and I was able to get here before wife’s birthday. The ladies at this location were able to look up the account and help me out as did the ladies that were at the Westfarms Mall location. It is a very nice area, to the point where I felt a little bit underdressed. The employees here made me feel comfortable. Pricing is the same as it is was at the old location where I used to shop. Wife loves the items they sell here, especially the ones in the Interlok collection. I will say, years ago I had purchased a handbag for her, and there was an issue with it early on. The company took care of and made everything right, so we will continue to go here for years to come as this is my new preferred store location...

I asked my mother to make a return for me while I was at work and she was out doing errands. She was told she couldn't make the return because the signature on the receipt needed to match the return signature receipt. I spoke to the manager at the store on the phone, I told her to have my mom sign my name, to which she responded "I'm sorry I need a driver's license that matches the name on the original receipt" Wait what??? This is the most ridiculous policy I have ever heard. I didn't need a driver's license when I purchased the items so I guess they don't care who is buying but they care who is returning. They sure don't make it easy for you to return an item. I sincerely doubt I will continue to shop...
Read moreI got a Scottie dog keychain from them awhile ago and the repairs are supposed to be free…the small piece that holds the dog and chain together broke and I had all the pieces but when I had them send it in they said they couldn’t fix it and lost the piece that broke off so now I can’t get it fixed else where … They said I could bring it somewhere and would have to pay to get it fixed, like wtf but yet they lost the piece… It’s been 4 months at least And nothing has been solved. They’re trying to call their warehouse in California to see if they can find the piece which I don’t understand how they lost it….im very upset Because it was Sentimental from my Mimi …. If anything, they’ve made the situation way worse…Mohegan sun location is 10 times better customer...
