Our experience today was extremely disappointing. As an executive leader in a corporate office that provides customer service in hospitality and technology, I have high expectations for service quality, and today's visit was far below acceptable standards. We visited with the simple intention of getting address labels printed, but the process was anything but straightforward. At the printing desk, we were informed that it would cost at least $25 just to have our name and address typed outāa fee that seemed unreasonable, especially given our previous experiences with printing address labels.
To avoid this steep charge, we decided to use the Avery website ourselves. However, the template provided was unresponsive, and we couldn't edit the text. When we sought assistance, we were told, "Sorry, it should work," with no further effort to help us resolve the issue.
