I had the Best customer experts last THREE times I have been into store 1431 Kohls in Southern Pines North Carolina. The store associates have been friendly, greeting as soon as they see you, offer to help and when asked give an honest opinion. It has been a refreshing change, to actually feel like they WANT you to shop and appreciate you. Today I had the pleasure of meeting 3 associates. One introduced herself as management, the second was the front desk âcustomer serviceâ. They were warm and friendly. Each one I met today were very very good but one of the associates stood out. Her name was Teondra!! She was open, honest, big smile just all round EXCELLENT!!! She should be the poster person for How to treat CUSTOMERSâ. I can not stress enough how wonderful she was with me!! She even said come with me I have some others that are on sale and I think they would be good for you to see. I also visited the new beauty area Sephora I have been in three times and the ladies were WONDERFUL. The first time was to find a specific product the next two because I was forgetful. They laughed with me not at me when I admitted I was being ??? !! They knew their products and the one I wanted was unfamiliar to them so they asked good questions to familiarize and learn the product I hope they continue to run such an...
   Read moreI was just at the KOHLS IN Southern Pines,NC Just as you go inside on the right are the return counters and also the Amazon returns too. The counter is higher and a different color than the sales registers to the left. Keep in mind there is no customers around at all except a lady doing a return at the return counter. She was being helped by a very courteous young man. I stood back behind that register thinkinking I was in the right locations leaving plenty of room and patiently waiting my turn. Over to my left over at the check out registers two employees were gabbing away never acknowledging my existence. So I was sure I was in the right spot. 3-4 minutes go by. A customer comes up to the sales registers. The two employees stop gabbing and the sales person in a very snotty tone tells me I need to move to the back of the sales line after standing there gabbing and not helping me for the last four minutes. It was super rude and embarrassing and Iâd already waited a few minutes. She could have told me long before that. Fortunately for me the nice young man finished and invited me up to the return counters. Otherwise I would have had to stand there for another however many minutes holding my heavy box. As a service member, I have always valued clear and respectful communication, and I believe that courteous customer service plays a crucial role in any professional environment.
During my visit, instead of verbally communicating her preference for where items should be placed, Cynthia tapped on the desk in a manner that seemed abrupt and dismissive. While I understand that everyone has challenging days, I believe professionalism and clear communication should always be upheld in customer interactions.
