Accurate Roofing Systems was recommended to us by a friend that had used them before, and we were so glad we did. Everything from the initial phone call to wrapping up the job was done in a very relaxed and professional manner. I didn't have to go through any of the hard sells like other roofing companies had, and was just given a fair price, up front, with complete transparancy. They delivered the supplies when they said they would and started work when they said they would, which you don't always get from places these days. They were extremely patient waiting for all of the back and forth between insurance and the mortgage company which I greatly appreciated too. We had even had our yard filled with Halloween decorations, and they simply worked around it without even batting an eye. I cannot recommend them enough for the great work and attention to detail they had, and if we get whalloped by another crazy storm I will absolutely call them first and only to take care of...
Read moreOwning several properties, I have had several roof jobs done this year. I recently purchased another home, and really wanted to find a roofer who could give me an excellent job without cutting any corners, yet give me a great price! I found that and more in Accurate Roofing Systems. I originally found them on Angieslist and then read all the positive reviews here. I called several of his recent roofing job to see how the home owners who had recently used him felt about him. He received rave reviews from the homeowners so I felt comfortable using him. He was better than I hoped for! The roof was huge (over 3,000 square foot home with mulitple layers of old shingles) and David and his crew tackled it and got the job done RIGHT! Dave does not use second quality shingles (some roofers do!) but used #1 grade GAF/Elk and did it at a fantastic price! His quality is second to none. I will happily use him for other roofing jobs on other...
Read moreMisleading consumers! Our community of 680 homes has been riddled with them putting their signs in yards, some not even asked. They told homeowners, even though they weren’t inspecting OR working on that home’s roof that they wanted to put a sign in their yard - because that would keep other roofers from knocking. Several of these home have brand new roofs from a previous storm - so, they want drivers by to believe they did that work and most certainly did not.
Our HOA has a strict no solicitation sign at every entrance as well - they didn’t honor that, either, and when a homeowner pointed it out to them while canvassing our community, they continued to do it any way.
Integrity is the first thing I look for when choosing to do business with a company. If you are considering this one, I hope you take this...
