This is a fairly good home depot as far as selection goes. Most items are in stock with plenty of availability.

However beyond that, it's a typical home depot. What that means is it's totally disorganized there's merchandise waiting to be stocked blocking many of the aisles.

I have noticed recently that the prices have been rising a little bit, particularly on electrical items. They are getting very close to Lowes as far as pricing. If it goes much further it'll be a toss up of where to go!

My comments have nothing to do with the staff at home depot, they seemed to be a bunch of hard working folks. However it appears management leaves a lot to be desired allowing the store to be as disorganized as it is. This is contagious within the organization, I find very few home depots that are well organized.

On my most recent visit, at least 25% of the isles had merchandise stacked in them which made moving around difficult particularly if you had a cart. That is simply unacceptable, restocking should be done overnight like most other stores.

While I'm on a tear, I love the self checkout feature that they have and I appreciate the military discount. The only problem is a high percentage of the stuff that I scan at self check out won't register and then that requires the intervention of a store person. So the time you hope to make up and self check out is generally lost.

As far as I'm concerned home depot has a little housekeeping to do, not only this location but many others. Obviously the disorganized approach to things is a corporate philosophy, just like Lowe's where the corporate philosophy apparently is complete organization.

Now off my soap Box,...

My experience with this store was terrible. 2 years ago I went there to get a new washer/dryer. The guy there sold me on floor models for LG for $1300, which is a lot but also a deal for the models I got. I asked him repeatedly about a warranty. He told me that it would have a year warranty on them plus LG would do 5-10 year warrant on some of the parts. At the time I lived in a second story apartment, told them several times and even made sure it was written down that I live on the second floor. Took a week or 2 for them to be delivered, only for the people who were delivering them to say they don't go to the 2nd floor. Another week or so later, they are finally delivered, with a huge dent in one that was definitely not there before, they just shrugged it off. I bought the kit to have them both set up and ready to go....nope, they didn't. They left them in my living room and took off. No kit either, btw. Fast forward 10 months and it is not turning on. Call and Home Depot was zero help. Stating not under warranty though I was told it was! Luckily, my dad was able to fix it that time. Fast forward to now....not even 2 years old and the heating element has gone out. Tried to call Home Depot again, nope. Told me to call LG since parts would be under warranty with LG. Again, nope. LG won't cover parts! I am so angry at this point. I feel like I wasted all that money on these and have had issues with the dryer since I got them! With zero help from Home Depot. Was LIED to repeatedly!! I would not suggest using this Home Depot for ANY...

The app offers curve side pick up but it’s never available I had to wait 30 minutes in the parking lot until I came in to ask about my order and Vivian the order taker had attitude when I asked her why there was curbside pick up but it wasn’t available and her answer was I don’t know and rolled her eyes at me Meanwhile And this other girl getting there they’re just laughing and horseplaying instead of helping So I asked for a manager she Came over and her name is Kim she did apologize and said that the call never came through but like I said it was not a call it was a curbside pick up Is your curbside pick up not working and she just said I don’t know instantly having attitude. I said it’s just a question,And immediately cut me off when I was talking and told me to have a good day. I normally don’t do this but I did ask for their name and she was laughing and she said my name is Kim and her name is Vivian

I didn’t think to ask him a question would be a big deal I understand that everybody is hurting because of the pandemic the low staff whatever it is I get it but there’s no need for the attitude and Bad service.I drove from Fort Worth to this location because they had the blinds I need it if I would’ve known I would’ve just ordered online Or...

On 3/8/24, I bought a Ryobi forced air propane heater. The box was in very rough shape when I bought it, so I knew there was a chance of an issue. When I opened the box, the propane hose was a 3 foot hose instead of 15 feet and it also didn’t even fit onto the heater. I looked up the correct part on Ryobi’s website and it’s listed at $80. The whole unit was only $145. Given that there’s no way they would be able to put the product back on the shelf with the wrong part, along with the trouble they put me through, I told the refund desk that my preference would be that they give me a full refund, let me keep the heater, and I’ll order the replacement part. Her response was that Ryobi will give them a credit. I find it hard to believe that Ryobi is going to give them a credit for an item that they clearly previously sold and had returned with an incorrect part. Her attitude was also not the best. Regardless, bad customer relations at this Home Depot. More business for Lowe’s in Southlake from me going forward.

This Home Depot refuses to honor advertised price in store. We just moved to Southlake and would like to buy a zero turn lawn mower. The Cub Cadet ZT1 42 mower shown in the photo is advertised for $3299, but when my wife went to buy it, she were told it is $3599, the $3299 price is for the electric model. Please note that the 3299 price tag is placed on the gas model, not on an electric model which has blue strips on the seats. When my wife asked the Home Depot to honor the price they advertised in store, they brought a manager out and refused her request. He would only offer a $50 “inconvenience discount”. (please note that Every employee working at Home Depot can offer anyone up to $50 discount without a manager’s approval).

A little bit of a drive from my side of town of North Richland Hills / Bedford area to find some parts that our Home Depot in the local area didn't have. Although it's worth the drive some employees seem to be in la-la land on a Sunday wishing to be home or out in the sun enjoying this beautiful day that it is today. I did find what I needed for our signs for S star Roofing of Texas. Home Depot is the store to go to for your Hardware or Home Goods needs.
