Horrible customer service. I’m assuming this establishment doesn’t believe in greeting customers. No acknowledgment, even with the entire store empty. Don’t judge a book by its cover. Overrated furniture, actually reminds me of something you would find at Home Goods. Don’t waste your time.

To your response, your employee was there. She was on the phone and said,”I have a customer.” She remained at her counter and never acknowledged the one and only customer. I certainly would have understood if she was busy with another customer, but she was not. I easily took my money elsewhere as there are plenty of other places to shop. The Manor Team truly sits in a league of their own when it comes to interior design. I have worked directly Manor (Jermey, Mollie, Dawn, Patti and team) through the remodeling/design of THREE of my personal homes here in DFW and two additional ones out of state.
