I would not shop at Gabby Southlake Texas. The customer service and understanding of how they go to market is off. I ordered two patio chairs and had to pay almost $200 for shipping . When 30 days passed and I didn’t have the item I stopped in the store and Nina was extremely aggressive on how they have to wait to fill up a truck to ship to Dallas from Atlanta. I explained that I paid for my shipping a very large sum and she looked it up in the sales book and then set me straight that in fact I had only paid &179. I called the company customer service line asking for the Southlake manager Chris to give me a call- never happened. I received the chairs ordered on Aug 26 last week but never again. I hope I save someone the challenges for information and service. ( I am shocked that anyone would call a crack At the seat of a chair a blemish. A Crack is NOT a blemish! In fact it’s very dangerous to have hairline crack in a seat of any sort and NOT a blemish.). The response...

My experience here was so bizarre. I was looking for some pieces for my home and thought I would try this place. When I walked in, the associate just sort of stared at me and almost looked confused as to why I was there. Immediately I responded with "oh, are you open?" To which she simply replied yes and then went back to flipping through her magazine. No greeting, no inquiry into what I'm looking for. I had to make the uncomfortable walk towards her to ask if she had what I was looking for. She never left the counter to show me anything and just acted as though I wasn't there... Which felt even more horrible considering I was the ONLY OTHER PERSON in that entire store. I walked out after sheepishly looking around for a minute. To no surprise, no "thank you" or "have a good day." Felt like I had entered into a dystopian world or something....
