Slice of Haven — Local services in Southport

I placed an online order last night and did not have a good experience. I went inside to pick up my order and the three younger looking staff were extremely rude. They looked directly at me and did not say one thing to me or acknowledge my presence. I continue to stand there and stare at them as they are talking to each other, minutes later the young girl walks up and hands me a pizza and did not even ask the name on the order or say one word to me. I was very disappointed because I did tip 15% and did not receive any service. I love Haven Gelato and have had nothing but good experiences there so this was a let down for sure. It makes me not want to return due to how uncomfortable it was. Everyone in customer service should know how to acknowledge the customers and treat them with kindness because that reflects the whole business! Aso for one 14 inch gluten free pizza it...

3 to go slices and once we got them back to the car, all 3 slices were stuck together with cheese stuck to the bottom of the plates they were on. $22 bucks for 3 slices and room temp drinks. Not worth it and had to throw the slices away as they were not edible.. Next time use a bigger box for 3 slices. Have pics of them and it doesn’t look good at all. Do better!!!
