Culichi Kitchen — Restaurant in Spanish Fork

Culichi is incredible! I can be a little picky and critical of restaurants because I don't want to waste my money on something I could do better at home. I also have worked in customer service/hospitality and have high standards for good customer service Let me tell you: Culichi has it all: Great flavors, texture, menu, customer service, ambience, music, and beautiful/cozy decor. It's consistently good and everything we've ordered is delicious. The only downside was that our food sometimes comes out to our tables at different times, but it was all so fresh and perfectly heated and delicious that I couldn't be too upset. We bought a couple of Micheladas that kept each of us happy as we waited for the orders to come out. When we first came here we were skeptical about the sushi but wow! It incorporates Mexican seafood flavors + traditional sushi components so well We've visited the Orem location too and it's got the same great food, but the Spanish Fork restaurant is my favorite for it's ambience. Great Tacos, But Service Needs Improvement

I recently visited this restaurant with my kids, and they were excited to try the birria tacos. They did not disappoint—they said the tacos were good and feeling. The quesadilla is on the small side and over priced.

However, the service was a different story. The staff member taking our order seemed disinterested and unfriendly, which really affected our overall experience. A welcoming vibe is essential in the food industry, and unfortunately, that was lacking here.

I also wanted to try the aguachile verde, but they were out of it, so I opted for the rojo instead. It was good, but I left feeling a bit let down by the service.

Overall, I’d recommend the food, but I hope they can improve their customer service...

Very Very good sushi probably the best I have had in a long time. With rising prices for food I am definitely picky where I eat this place was worth it! Everything was fresh best crab salad I have had in a long time the smoked salmon on my sushi so TASTY and FRESH shrimp were big and juicy all the sauces to dip my sushi tasted fresh and that chili on the side topped it off perfect! Can't wait to be back and try more on the menu maybe tacos next time! This picture does not do justice for how flavorful and fresh my food tasted.
