I had purchased a pair of buckle black jeans for my daughter. She had worn them to school one day and they had stretched a lot. I walked into the store with my daughter and handed the lady the pants told her I just wanted to exchange them for a smaller size. The girl took the pants and said she would be right back. She came over a few minutes later with a disgusted look on her face. Tugging at the pants and said these are super worn out and they are dirty. I said there is no way they could be worn out as I had purchased them two weeks prior. I showed her the receipt and she just looked at me and said we’ll these are dirty and have stains all over them. I looked at the pants and there was nothing on them. The manager came over and had the same attitude, said she would exchange them this time but they had to be sent to that store. I asked they be sent to the st George store and she said they could not do that. So I went to the store in st George, I walked in the girl asked for my phone number and pulled up my receipt. She told me that specific brand of pants stretched a lot so she went and got my daughter a smaller pair had her try them on and checked the fit. I bought 3 more pairs of...

The girl that helped me did the most absolute amazing job. I told her I was looking for 1 to 2 out fits for my engagement photos and she gave me the most help and best customer service I have received in the last 3 years I started shopping at buckle. Normally I get ignored or greeted and then they don't offer help or care to acknowledge me again after that, but she was amazing. I ended up leaving with 4 pairs of pants and 5 shirts witch was way more then what I was looking for but with that good of customer service I was able to find a lot of stuff that fit and was cute. I can't remember the name of the girl who helped me but she also rang me up so the receipt says teammate: Brittan. She had long brown hair and was very sweet. I had an amazing experience at Buckle Store 534, thanks to Ellie! She went above and beyond as a representative for the company, helping me find the perfect clothes sizes that actually fit. As someone who struggles to find the right clothes, it was such a relief to receive assistance that was genuinely helpful and not just a sales pitch.

I also want to give a huge shout-out to Brittany Barnes, the store manager. She does a fantastic job keeping the store inviting and ensuring her staff is well-supported. Her leadership truly sets the standard for great customer service.
