Electrify America Charging Station — Local services in Spanish Fork

This charging station tends to be very frustrating. The last 4 times I've gone, every charger is occupied AND there is at least one car already waiting for a spot to open. I see HORRIBLE charging etiquette here all the time! I've seen a car parked using two spots for no reason (they didn't need to do so to reach the charger or anything, so I'm not sure if they just wanted to be a jerk or what). Several times I've waited for a spot while multiple cars charging were already at over 90% charge. A couple times there were at least 2 cars waiting to charge and people still charged past 90% while we waited!! Other charging stations discourage this type of behavior with increased fees, etc. I'm not sure if EA does that, because I'm not the type to keep people waiting while I charge more than I need to, but if they do, they need to increase it or have some other way of trying to prevent this such as not allowing a charge past 80% when all stations are full. At the very least they could put up signs asking patrons to be courteous and not charge more than they need when others are waiting. Or maybe just add more charging stations as this location clearly...

Good charging speed. Sadly it isn't cheap, but there aren't many ultra or hyper fast chargers nearby, and if you are going over Soldiers Summit you don't want to take a risk. The only facility in Spanish Fork Canyon is like plugging into a 120V outlet at home. Ultrafast charges that are free are available in Price though, so bite the bullet now and get dessert for...

Worst experiences at electrify americas all over Utah. I used to have problems finding one that ever worked, although now this one in Spanish Fork generally works, it’s now $.42/kwh. Robbery! Good thing Tesla just installed a bunch of superchargers in Orem at $.12/kwh! Time to put these fools out...
