I have a business account with T-Mobile, but after spending more than 2.5 hours in the store they couldn’t figure out how to get another internet line added to the account.
To try and simplify the process we allowed them to create a new account to which I would just bring into my business account after. They created a new account and then promptly locked themselves out of the account. I asked for a manager several times with no response and their encouragement is for me just not to buy from the store.
I HIGHLY encourage you to avoid this store and just order online or over the phone. The level of customer service and training is severely lacking.
If the store manager does see this, I would love to speak to you. Not sure what has happened to this site since the remodel, but it’s gone from my favorite T-Mobile store to mostly an example of exactly why all of our new lines are headed to Verizon.
UPDATE: Unlike the rep said, we were creating a new account to add more lines which was credit approved, but the rep got himself locked out of the account. The manager who was going to call me that day or Monday never reached out. I have shown update to the store to see if they can figure out to establish an account and will let the phone people do the...
Read moreThey are EXTREMELY SLOW! It waited over an hour being 1st in line to get any help. When it was my turn Adrian refused to look at my account and pull up the $300 promo that I have for adding lines being in a military 5G as a veteran.
Instead he wanted to sell me a different phone so he can get a commission. After I went to Costco for the same promotion that rep looked up my account and sure enough there was my $300 off for adding a line. Adrian though, who’s a senior sales rep refused to even look it up!
I would not recommend working with Adrian and go to a different store. He refused to look up my promotions and tried selling the promotions they had in the store alone.
Disappointed doesn’t even begin to describe their lack of help. It’s not my standard they have to live by it’s their own. They know the promotions for those with military accounts, they refused to help those who have them.
Update:
My wife went into the store yesterday. Same hung happened. She waited and waited said she was next and they called another person who came in after her and helped them. At this point I’ve decided to never to step foot in this T-Mobile again. And when my two years is up it’s to the point I’m going to switch services. Their...
Read moreCarlos V. Was the best sales rep here, but as for the rest of the staff, management definitely reflects here. I worked for tmobile for 8 years and the level of respect the sales reps have here is appalling. They have zero knowledge. James was pretty helpful too so I give him and Carlos 5 stars and if I was still a store manager I would put these guys in for assistant slots. I hope someone up from corporate can see this and please get ahold of me. One of the reps there would not give my wife his name when she asked, and working for Tmobile as long as I did we were required to give a first name last initial basis. Most of the calls I had between these reps the day all my issue occurred were recorded. When I told the un named rep I was recording him he immediately got scared and tried to play the policy card on my wife and I. Very unprofessional i hope the manager here is fired and they promote someone with the knowledge and skills and respect to treat both happy and unhappy customers with the same level...
