I had a very pleasant experience today at Buckle. It was my first time shopping since COVID took over the world. A very kind sales associate named Kage helped me get a dress down I was interested in and not only offered me a fitting room but also that I could try the dress in another color and they had more sizes she could order. I was very surprised to here I could try it on ( and happy). Kage advised that they were sanitizing the fitting rooms before and after a fitting for our safety. All of the ladies who work here are wonderful people!! I was in need of some new jeans but didn’t know what style let alone what size I was. They were so incredibly helpful and kind. Snagged me some jeans to try on, checked on me, grabbed more when those didn’t fit. They helped me find not only the perfect jeans but some wonderful sweaters and socks too. I find shopping in person sometimes overwhelming, but they made it a super fun experience. They clearly enjoy their work and treat their coworkers and customers impeccably. Clean store, wide selection to choose from. Whenever I visit this store and it has been several times, the staff doesn't say hello or really speak to me, even if it's not busy. I understand I don't look like the target audience, or demographic for who this company appeals to typically, but the only time anyone had even said anything to me has been on my way out.
