Today was my 3rd time going to Pets Favorite Vet. The first time was amazing the staff Dr.Dave & the assistant Lauren were awesome. I felt very welcomed. On Monday and today (Wednesday) I had a different experience prior to the previous. My appointment was scheduled for 10:30 I arrived 5-7min till and waited in the lobby. None of the staff except for Lauren & a young lady that completes the payment process, spoke or greeted me as they walked by multiple times as if I did not exist (literally waiting @ least 20-25mins after the set time of my appt). The owner specifically walked by w/o a word of acknowledgment to say several times. The timing didnāt concern me but the idea of literally being a āpublic professional clinicā constantly being walked by and not one word as simple as hello, Good morning or we will assist you shortly was a bit bothering. Finally a young woman with dark hair, approached me (not sure of her name she did not have a name badge on nor did she introduce herself) she stated āwe need to get her weightā referring to my French bulldog which is indeed a male and remind you this is his 3rd time visitingā¦. My response was verbatim āHello, Good Morning ā she gave me a sour face and said hi back, I also stated oh by the way itās a male not a female, her reply was oh ok āheā (sarcastically). This same young lady (assistant) had a unwelcoming approach on Monday as well when I brought by pet in on Monday for a Allergic reaction and she also stated your welcome sarcastically as I was exiting the building (as if oh donāt forget to thank me again as your leaving out) although I literally during the entire appointment inside the clinic booth thanked each & every individual that participated in his care as the came in & out the room. I was placed in the room with my pet Ox and Lauren the assistant came not too long after. She asked how I was & appropriately greeted both Ox & myself and I thanked her for that specifically as well while emphasizing that it seemed to be an issue with being greeted properly, on today by others⦠Long story short Iām not sure why certain staff exhibited unwelcoming vibes on today or Monday but I certainly did not appreciate it. No service under this clinic has ever been free for me (I pay upfront every visit) so Iām unsure of why certain staff acted as if they were doing me a favor or deserved to provide less professional service than the first visit (which was indeed excellent with Dr.Dave). I understand that everyone has bad days but twice in one week with a rude approach was a bit much. I hope the young lady who took my pets weight on today and displayed this unprofessional behavior(twice) changes her approach in the future because it makes the clinic look bad. Also that certain staff that feel itās ok to walk past clients & not only walk past but interact with clients & their pets realize itās ok to say a simple hello or good morning before going into the pets reason for visiting. Hopefully no one else or their pet will experience what I did on today. After posting my review the owner sent me an email to end future services but yet as a reply on āGoggleā in front of the PUBLIC she tried to insist we discuss the disrespect and occurrence. So basically she cut ties behind the scenes & wanted to display to the PUBLIC as if she was interested in communicating about the issue. It shows a lot about her character as a OWNER of a āprofessional settingā. Itās obvious she does not hold her staff accountable of poor customer service skills, as well as in reality had no intention on communicating about the matter at all. Would Not recommend to anyone. Simply Rude. Falsely accused of speaking to the back of someoneās head. Below is my private email sent. Stating that I deserve equal opportunity is my personal belief no where did I verbatim call anyone racist! Defamation at its finest. Where,??? did I state someone never responded to...

Even though you were specifically instructed to not contact me in the survey form you sent me. We apparently do have very different interpretations, that is very clear. I responded to her as politely as I could in an extremely uncomfortable situation. Watch again. She brought up the barking IMMEDIATELY. I merely responded saying that yes it is a concern, that's why he's here for socialization. She also brought up the doubts of his breed. Whether your employee meant harm or not is irrelevant. What I experienced as a customer was infuriating.
I wish I had the same positive experience everyone else has. I picked this place because of its high ratings. When I picked my puppy up from his first day, I got a lecture about his reactive barking (he's a puppy) and she gave me a card for a trainer (unsolicited.) I reminded her that the whole reason he was there was for socialization. Then she questioned his breed, and when I told her he's pure bred, she continued to question his breed and asked if I met his parents, if the siblings looked similar, said his breed doesn't usually have rear dew claws, etc, and asked if I was sure about his breed AGAIN. His legitimacy was questioned harder than Rhaneyra's kids in House of the Dragon, and he came from an AKC breeder. THEN she asked me if he was dirty when I brought him in. This was infuriating - he was clean when I brought him in, and she knew it because she carried him back herself. He is a white dog and was spotless when I brought him in. She couldn't explain how he got "grungy" during the day, so she gave him a bath. I still can't figure out how he could have gotten so dirty that he needed a bath without any of the staff knowing why. These were just the highlights of the conversation, she had plenty more to say out of line. I don't care if this is the best day camp in the city, I'm never bringing him back to the day camp or vet because of her. The unprofessionalism was astounding. She was beyond presumptuous and patronizing. I was not expecting my young puppy to be berated so badly for reactive barking and his breed questioned so intensely.
Some positives to note, the facility was clean and the play areas...
