Our 30th Wedding Anniversary was a momentous and emotional occasion. Not being much of a gift giver, I struggled for a couple months trying to find the perfect gift. Finally, I decided to have a wedding band engraved for my husband since he never had one. I went to RMS, selected a band from their case, and asked if there was enough time to have it engraved before our anniversary in a couple of weeks. They (the owner and a salesperson) said that it could be done, but I would never be happy with the engraving because they would have to engrave at an angle and it couldn’t possibly be straight. Also the etching would be so shallow that it would wear off in a couple of years. The only good option was to pour a new ring with the engraving actually molded into the gold. So, even though it was $1000 more, I decided something this special was worth a month’s wages, and ordered the ring. They called me twice before the pickup date to confirm details about the engraving – I was so excited! The afternoon before our anniversary I drove the 85 miles to pick up the gift. The sales clerk handed me my package and said, “Oh, by the way, we didn’t engrave the band.” I asked if it could be done then, and she said they didn’t want to do it until they were sure the band would fit my husband’s finger. I cried all the way home! I’ve never been so bitterly disappointed with a purchase in my life. Wish I would have gotten him a card. At least it would have said...

When my husband and I got married Ron was able to solder my engagement ring (silver) and my band (white gold) together after every other jewelry store said it wasn’t possible. Now, nearly a year and a half later, I lost a small stone from my engagement ring and Riddle’s Jewelry quoted me over $150 to separate my rings, reprong the spot where the stone fell out, set the new stone, and re solder the rings together (which they said was impossible before). Ron at RMS quickly and skillfully replaced the stone for me, while I stood and watched, and only charged me $24.50. Unparalleled service and craftsmanship. This is the only jeweler I will go to...
Read moreMy and my fiance went in there as we were walking down Main Street, just to look. We found out that they custom make jewelry. I had Kirsten make my engagement ring just how I wanted and it came out perfect. We live out of town and they shipped it to our house. I loved it so much we went back there to get the wedding band specifically made to fit the engagement ring and they said I could bring it back to get them to get soldered after we get married. I even brought in a stone that I wanted made into a bracelet and they gave me an honest opinion about it instead of trying to make money. They are nothing but good people. I feel blessed to have...
