Absolutely the worst company, of any kind I've ever dealt with. Geek squad is a complete joke. A few weeks ago, wanted them to move my 65" tv up on the wall about 6". After a few times of positioning, finally moved it. But couldn't seem to get all the wiring in back of the tv! Had to assist them and show them how to do it! Excuse me? Aren't they the "experts"?. Just today, bought a soundbar to be hooked up. 4 hour window. Of course no show!! Had to take time off of work. Then trying to get an answer is a joke. Called and they had NO idea what happened. They called the installer, no answer. They don't call the store. Finally went to the store to get answers. But got the runaround. After 13 minutes, no one had been able to tell me if they would be able to fix the screen on the brand and model of my cellphone, and I was needing to start over again with my contact info. I thanked them for their time and trouble and said I'd call some other business since they had taken 13 minutes and not answered any of my questions. The next place was able in 5 minutes to tell me yes they had parts in stock that might fix my issue, the estimated cost, and estimated time to complete the repair. I called asking what to do to replace my computer chord and was told just to come in and they’d replace it or I could order a replacement to be shipped to me over the phone. I decided to come in because I needed it pretty soon. So I drove out and was told that I had to make a reservation for 2 days later and that the reservation was to order a part to be shipped to me.
