We purchased my engagement and wedding band as well as my husband's wedding band at Austin's in 2011. Austin's was also able to have my husband's pocket watch (an antique that was his grandfather's) cleaned and repaired that he wore for our wedding.

By the time we went to Austin's we had been to many other jewelry stores - all of which were a similar experience. In most jewelry stores, you are in a large room with numerous other customers with everyone trying to peer into the same glass cases with all the distractions that come along with having other people nearby. However at Austin's, the customer is taken into a beautiful office, offered coffee and often home made cookies. Then all the settings and loose diamonds are brought to you to look at. We were so impressed with the large number to choose from! Additionally, they do custom work on the premises. While we did select a setting they had in stock, we ended up having it further customized which was no problem at all for Austin's. We also had my husband's band engraved and that too turned out great. They have several jewelers, all of whom are very knowledgeable about all areas of jewelry. The person we worked with in particular was Angela Wray. She made the process exciting and always makes us feel like we are her only customers.

Finally, there is never any pressure to purchase what so ever and we were never rushed. We were thrilled with the easy payment plan offered which allowed us to get the rings and stone we really wanted.

I couldn’t have asked for better help! In February 2022 I lost a diamond from my ring. At the time I was in Spokane so I went to the nearest jeweler (Austin’s jewelers) and they were eager to help, even to rush the repair so that I could take it home with me before our flight out. The following February (2023) the same diamond fell out so I contacted Trina again and she apologized and asked me to send the ring down immediately. I had been incredibly gentle on my ring during that year. But once again they got it repaired in a timely manner and didn’t charge me for it either. Unfortunately about 2 months later that same diamond was loose and I could spin it in its prongs. Again I had been conscious in how and when I wore it. I right away put it away but hesitated to call Austin’s. Finally I called them and Trina was eager to get it fixed asap. They treated my whole situation like a warranty case and didn’t hesitate to do the repairs necessary. I could not recommend any jeweler more. They remembered who I was each time, they were very quick in repair (about 2 weeks from the times I sent it off to the time I received it back), follow up was great, and I felt like a valued person rather than I number in line. I hope to thank them in person when I’m in Spokane again. They are truly incredible, I appreciate all they have done for me!...
