We booked a scavenger hunt birthday party for a Monday evening. After calling and texting multiple times I was finally able to reach a live person. She was extremely helpful over the phone, blocked out a reservation and seemed very excited about the style of birthday. We got there and it was a joke! We had 7 teenagers (the same number we had booked for) and they told us they did not have enough gloves or goggles for them to all go at the same time and that we need to split our party into 2 groups. We offered to go to the hardware store and purchase more so they could all stay together, but time did not allow for that! I walked into the back room to help my son and there were multiple pairs of goggles and gloves laying around in crates, on couches, on shelves, etc. I brought them out with me & no apology just excuse after excuse from the staff. It was a really great and fun experience, the owner and front desk lady were super nice, reasonable prices, and it was really awesome to release pent up emotions. They allow you to blast your own music and they have a lot of tools to use to break stuff. If there was one improvement I could make, I would definitely say having some sort of table or something to put the dishes on and being able to use full force. Only reason being is that even though there is a long table close to the wall that you can use, you couldn't really get a good angle or put full force with the sledgehammer without being worried of hitting the lights above or breaking the table itself. The place is new though, and they already mentioned they would love and are trying to add more to the place, so other than that, I definitely had the best experience ever. This was a comical experience.... My wife and I did the paint party. It's $80 for 30 minutes. You are put in a quiet dark room with a couple black lights and enough paint to last about 3 minutes to spray on each other...I walked out and asked if we could get more paint and the lady working said they were all out. We got taken for $80 LoL the place looks like they need it more than we do. I loved the part where they tell you to put your valuables on this table out in the open to keep them safe while you play with paint. They achieved 1 star from the laughter my wife and I shared as we laughed at how big of a joke show...
