One of the first things I noticed when I pulled up the menu here was the number of items unavailable. Not sure what's going on, but I counted 8 unavailable items on a not too busy Wednesday night. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ The venue had a good vibe with indoor seating as well as a quite large outdoor patio. Lots of TVs inside the bar area. We sat inside and my only complaint was that we were bothered by a hoard of pesky flies throughout our dining experience, which may or may not reflect the cleanliness of the establishment. I ended up searching their public health inspection records... and well... let's just say this place isn't the cleanest. But anyways, moving on to the actual food! I ordered the birria tacos: The GOOD - consommé was flavorful and the meat was nicely seasoned and moist. The BAD - inside the taco is just meat and cheese. I was hoping for at least some simple standard side toppings like lime, onion, and/or cilantro for a pricey $6/taco (for reference I have a go to birria place in Seattle, but a birria taco there costs only $3/taco). Another con was the hard undercooked side of rice consistent with some other reviews here. The UGLY - both corn tortillas were heavily burnt on one side of the taco and soggy on the other...luckily dipping it in consommé was able to help mask some of that burnt flavoring, but it shouldn't have to in the first place. In conclusion my overall rating is 2/5. Minus one star for the value (although happy hour or taco Tuesday deals look to be fair value), minus one star for the serving of burnt food and undercooked rice, and minus one star for cleanliness and number of menu unavailabilities.

These group of guys plus a couple of more that work at this establishment decided they were going to try and set up a trap with the women's bathroom while there was a woman in there that came out and told me there were two men that came in there while she was in there. I then asked a couple of them why they thought it would be ok to do that knowing it was illegal. Then one of the workers walked from outside into talk to me where I was standing pretending like he did not do this then proceeded to tell me he and another woman had went in there all to try to cover up what was a lie and a set up by all of them that were working. The man eating food in the picture tried to make seem like he was dancing with a girl for part in the set up of what they all tried to collab and lie together about if you could have Jeremy part owner of this establishment please contact me would be great or I will reach out to him at another one of his place of businesses because while I was asked to leave and said I would contact Jeremy this is the first form of doing so and they wanted me to call him then continue to lie as I was leaving and try to bring some woman outside and have her play into what another thing they tried to set up. Making up that she was/is Jeremy. 4 seasons

Came in to test food for a wedding. Staff was wonderful! Had the trio of al pastor, chicken and hamburger. Only suggestions I would say is that the chicken was bland and dry(good for those that don't like spice, aka flavor). With the chicken being dry, it made the tacos dry overall with the double tortillas (at home we add cheese between the tortillas) but nothing salsa can't correct. Ground beef was basic. The al pastor was our favorite and had a lot of the pineapple flavor. Not something you usually get a lot of with al pastor but I like tasting the pineapple. Only downsides is that it isn't made traditionally on a vertical spit and it had a lot of juice- normally not a bad thing but remember, this is for a wedding! I'm going to need a bib! We splurged on church's dessert and OMG! I suggested having churros instead of the cake! I did. Delish!!

If you are thinking of using this restaurant for a special event, I would think again! My daughter is getting married so she made an appointment to come in and see what they had to offer. My daughter, my future son-in-law, my wife and I went down to the restaurant at the appointed time expecting to see what they had to offer and then also have dinner. When we arrived the GM, Tracey met us and it was obvious that she was not happy she was the one that was going to wait on us. She sat us at a table and we were brought four waters. She then showed up with two menus and asked what proteins are you thinking for your tacos. My daughter listed four different proteins that she was thinking about for the wedding. She left and returned shortly after with two plates each with one 4" taco on it with a small amount of a different protein. My daughter spoke up as she was leaving the table and said she would like to order a Margarita. No question as to what kind or size or acknowledgement. She returned after a short time with two more plates each with one 4" taco on them with two more different proteins and a Margarita for my daughter. The rest of us were never asked if we would like something to drink. We each took one bite of each taco and then sat there waiting for her to come back as she moved around the restaurant. It really seemed as though she was purposefully ignoring us. We were never asked what we thought of the tacos or if there was anything else we would like or if we had any questions, nothing! My daughter finally flagged her down after sitting there not eating for quite some time and asked to pay for her drink to which she came back to the table with the bill and turned around and left, again not saying a word to us. We got up and left and went to another restaurant for dinner. It is too bad because we were seriously looking to use them for...

I am a huge fan of their street tacos. I have tried and loved them all. If I could review just the food it would be 5 stars. Unfortunately, I also have to score their bartending and mix drink skills.

This takes my enthusiastic 5 stars and sends it screaming down to a 2. It isn't even a solid 2. It is the glass on the edge of a counter as a cat prepares to bat it off; while making direct eye contact with you, kind of 2.

Now, I give people the benefit of the doubt, which means I have had a lot of tastebuds aggressively assaulted by their finest drink offerings. I am also not a quitter so I don't send them back because frankly, the next one will be just as bad if not worse.

For example I ordered one of their signature pineapple drinks last night and it was terrible, think rubbing alcohol that had middle notes of pineapple tidbits. Then my friend ordered a different drink, the (nice) waitress brought the wrong drink to the table (remember we aren't quitters here). Now this drink looked lovely, had an entire 8 inch sprig of rosemary in it, great for instagram (but I was there to drink heavily, not take pictures). We each take a drink and it was like swallowing rosemary body lotion.

It is particularly skillful (or heinous) to know that there are alchemists out there that can take a benign orange cocktail with the consistency of a traditional cocktail [read: liquid] which transforms into dollar store lotion once it touches your tongue.

In conclusion, eat here. If you are looking for good drinks- save yourself time and money by doing shots of listerine followed by brushing your teeth with lotion to get the "I drank at Borachos" experience without being actively...
