OMG I wish I would have know about Nick years ago but so glad I have now found him. I am totally NOT computer savvy especially when something is wrong with my Mac. My whole business and life is on my laptop so I cannot afford having someone work on it without 'full and utter trust'. I can honestly say that even before I brought my Mac to him, just from speaking with him on the phone he had my 'full and utter trust'. When I brought my laptop to him he meticulously explained in terms I could actually understand what he was going to do. I felt so at ease knowing I was in good hands. He resolved my problem in a matter of hours compared to other places including Apple that I called who quoted me 2+ weeks .. wow. I am now having him do some other updates, modifications and transfers because I am not worried at all. If you are looking for someone with honesty, integrity, amazing customer service and an expert in his field, Nick is the best choice for you. 5+ star...

I had to get a hard drive replaced on my work computer, and Nick took care of it competently and quickly! He asked for a deposit and did not charge me a fee for diagnostics. He ordered the hard drive on Thursday and let me know on Friday that it was scheduled for a Saturday delivery to the office. He said he would have it diverted to his home on Saturday to have it available first thing Monday morning. I showed up Monday at 9:00, and it was fixed by 9:35! Good work, Nick! Thanks...

I shattered the screen on my iPhone and was so grateful to find Florida Apple Mac pros! They were so helpful and able to repair my phone for me at a fair price in a reasonable time frame (I mean who wants to be without their phone?). Then they were able to show me how to better use my phone and maximize my usage without making me feel like an idiot for my ignorance! Lol. I would highly recommend Florida Apple Mac pros and will never go elsewhere for my Apple product...
