THE ONE (FL 337) AT MC DILL AFB ( Florida) HAS AN IRRESPONSABLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL YOUNG AFRICAN AMERICAN FEMALE, AS A GENERAL MANAGER, as she claimed to be. OMost of the time we had bought anything or try to buy anything at that place, no one was on the front counter and everyone was on the back, to a point I thought the place was never open or went out of business, but I noticed that same day when I pass buy, they were taking care of customers, meaning they are discriminating or doing things they should not, on the back of the store. One person should be at front at all times. They also do not treat the Veterans or Active Duty people with respect and give them thanks for their service. Today We were there and even the start card machine did not have paper and because of it we did not get the 10%. On Saturday the sign at front have a lower price and I took pics of it, in case when I came back, they had changed it to make me look as a lier. Neither Saturday or today, they honor the Saturday price. The same person I talk to Saturday, denied being the Manager and refused to call the manager, to honor the lower price. Now today she said she was the General Manager and I told her that a real Manager resolved issues, because the Customers are always right. You guys need to remember that is a privilege to be there and that you are replaceable. I already report this issue to the Manager of the Food Court and your Corporate office. You guys need to go or replace all the irresponsible staff there. Hired a real Professional Manager that is old enought to know better. Thank you! Retired...
Read moreSo here’s the thing, I’ve been a fan of tropical smoothie for a very very long time. Back when i served in the military in South Carolina, there was a tropical smoothie five minutes down the road just off of base. I LOVED IT! It was my favorite place to go. Mainly because, their staff was always incredible...and their smoothies amazing. So, when i saw that a tropical smoothie opened in my hometown...i was beyond excited. I waited 1 hour and 30 minutes in the drive thru. 1 HOUR AND 30 MINUTES. Once i finally got up to the speaker, i was told someone was going to be with me two separate times, both at least 10 minutes apart...and then was left waiting an additional 20 minutes. Finally i just gave up and left. I was disappointed, and felt disregarded. I love tropical smoothie but this particular location has got me baffled. Read moreThis place needs an overhaul on the staffing. There are smoothies on the screens, so its clear that they can see what needs to be made and they're walking around like there's nothing to do and its down time or something. A couple young girls were at the counter not ordering, clearly friends of the employees. I went up to the counter and asked about my order and they made part of my order and then went back to not making smoothies, and then another customer who was still waiting on their smoothies went up to ask when their smoothies would be ready and they acted confused as to which smoothies she was waiting on even though they were clearly the only ones on the screen. After she complained, they finally finished making the smoothies. I hate leaving bad reviews, but this was ridiculous. There were 4 employees in there, no cars in the drive through, one mobile order (mine), and one table of 3 customers...
