El Fogon de Titi Monse — Restaurant in Spring Hill

This is a nice little corner spot for those looking to try something different from the local restaurants. The food is authentic and the taste is good as well. If you've ever had the pleasure in dining at other Puerto Rican venues you'd know that the flavor can vary and that's because that's how the culture is, each home prides themselves in making food flavorful. Don't judge a book by it's cover, the lady that owns and runs the truck is very sweet and actually holds a PhD in Psychology but her passion has always been in cooking. This restaurant/trailer was fantastic Spanish food. The best I ever ate and my sister is a Master Chef in Fort Lauderdale FL. I tried several items from her menu and everything was done to perfection. If you want custom delicious food from Puerto Rico and some from Cuba, this is your place.
