Donāt ever go too ok the subway at 2920 and 45 next to the H&R Block! I ordered two sandwich mealsļæ¼ and was charged 3 times for them because the 2 people behind the register were high as a kite. I tried to get my money back and they refused to give me my money back or even check in the system where I had been charged three times even after I showed them my bank ledger they proved it posted to my account three times. So I contacted corporate and finally the manager got in contact with me and asked for the information. I sent him the receipt and I sent him the copy of my bank ledger showing that it came out three times and he still refuses to refund my money stating that he never got the message from me even though I sent it to him four times. So David went there in person to try to get the money back and he tells us we have to go through our bank and just dispute the charges. Now I have to wait 60 days to get my money back and the bank cut off my card so I have to go get a new card. Eduardo is the managers name. Heās a terrible...

THE SUBWAY APP ZONED ME TO A LOCATION 40 MINUTES AWAY FROM MY JOB (WHICH WAS THIS LOACTION), I CALLED REGARDING AN ONLINE ORDER, THEY LIED ABOUT MANAGEMENT NOT BEING PRESENT. ON THE THIRD ATTEMPT THE MANAGER FINALLY GOT ON THE PHONE SAID HE WOULD SAVE MY SANDWICH IN A THE REFRIGERATOR UNTIL THE NEXT DAY! NO ACCOMADTIONS, NO EMPATHY! ELDRADO TOLD ME YOU MADE THE MISTAKE SO I WILL SAVE YOUR SANDWICH UNTIL YOU PICK IT UP 24 HOURS LATER FROM NOW. APPAULED AT HIS RESPONSE, I HUNG UP. FUNNY HOW HE WOULD THINK I'D EAT A SOGGY SANDWICH 24 HOURS LATER.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreI like Subway, but this is the worst subway that Iāve ever visited. I stopped by there on Sep 12, 2021 at 12:30 PM. Three waitresses girls seem to be overstaffed for this size of restaurant. Only one girl served us. She served very slowly and made several mistakes (put only 4 slices of tomatoes for 1-ft sandwich). On top of that, the other two girls were playing each other like kindergartners. Very unprofessional and made loud noise.
The only reason I give 2-star is because the store is new. However, this unprofessional services will not only push the customers away but also tarnish the superior brand of Subway.
I hope that the management team can see my feedback and do corrective measures...
