I have shopped here before but my second time I went here the owner of the store profiled me and my two friends. It started as soon as we walked in the door. We walked over to the cases of reels to see what they had in stock and if the companies had released any new lines. He approached us and asked nicely asked us if we needed help. We said thank you but we were just looking. We then went over to the work wear section to look, the owner followed close behind. At this point we were starting to feel uncomfortable so we went over to the tackle section. The whole time the owner has the cameras up on his phone. We were looking at a couple of swim baits when the owner walked up again and said did we need any help, we declined then he said oh I’m trying to get my cameras to focus. Read moreI called the store on 4/7/21 and asked the employee that answered the phone if they spool fishing reals. The employee told me that they did to stop in the store. I then told that employee that I'm coming in tomorrow while passing through town on the way to a fishing trip. The employee told me that there would be someone than can spool my reals for sure. On 4/8/21 I stopped in the store at 11am with a total of 6 fishing reals to have spooled. We was told by a male employee that he was to busy to do them that he had "stuff" to do in the back room, that we would have to leave them to pick up another day. He continuously hovered over us as we were shopping in the store, repeatedly asking us if we needed something. Finally he became a mask dictator and TOLD my husband to pull his mask over his nose. If find this hypocritical when he, the manager, didnt have his on properly when we walked in and he had his mask under HIS nose when talking to me about a product I was looking at.
