I love the tjmax store at Walker Lake Rd. Ontario, OH. Great prices (always has great sales!), clean organized store, &friendly associates! There are some associates that really stand out to me & represent their store with exceptional customer service! Mackenzie Olar has always been professional, kind, knowledgeable, helpful, goes above & beyond to assist in any part of the store & the jewelry department! Yoy can tell she loves/ appreciates her job with her smile & sweetness. She gives advise, offers suggestions, & shows me new seasonal merchandise as well as new arrivals. She's amazing! Some other associates that are so amazing are, Darian, Savanah, Haley Davies, & Madelyn! I love that they know my name, say hello, & ask how I'm doing when I'm shopping. They are always smiling, professional, helpful & kind! Mackenzie & the associates I've written about, deserve to be recognized & given a bonus or something! I'm so grateful for each of them! Love love this location. I know, who doesn’t love a good TJ Maxx but let me tell you about this location. It’s always clean, well stocked, organized and the employees that work here are amazing. For example, Tiffani — who remembers your name after months of helping you pick out Valentine day gifts for your son — and always has a smile on her face and willing to help; today was no exception. They are a decent store. But if you're a male and wear 2x pr larger, they have no selection. I went there a week ago and tahorts and hoodies were slim having a few 1x. 2x they had literally one 2x clothing item in hoddies and tshirts, and of course i wear 2x, but they also dont have 3 or 4 or 5x either. Had they had any selection in these sizes, they could potentially had more money from me instead of the single hat i bought...
