Unfortunately there is no option to give them 0 stars. But let me explain: Placed an order online and the order was sent to the wrong address.. and here it begins: Company is not able to update the address on the order... They tell me to call when it ships, so they can update it.. which I did.. and they tell me they can't UNTIL the carrier actually has updates. By the time that is available, the carrier already delivered it (that was the original order) While on the phone, Target just replaces the order with an IDENTICAL order, with -again- the wrong address... On that same call, they are UNABLE to update the shipping address.. even though it hasn't shipped yet! I call a day later to have them redirect. They are unable, because -they say- UPS will transfer the order to USPS.. (still.. they should be able to) I check a day after that.. and guess what.. "out for delivery".. through UPS. (not a mention of USPS). Target is so incredibly unprofessional and inept, it's a huge miracle they are even still...

On my way to pick it up on Sunday I noticed it went on the clearance so I asked them to refund the difference (or refund me then let me buy it on clearance) while I was there but they could not because it takes a while to process and to come back tomorrow. I guess you can’t ask for refund until the next day… well I guess they didn’t think I would come back because they lied to me or the lady wasn’t willing to help me. I tried explaining the situation to her but before I could explain fully she interrupted me twice assuming something totally different saying she could do that and even confusing someone on the radio when she asked them.
So if you notice your order is lower in price before picking it up just cancel the order and go inside and get it yourself. I wasted...
Read moreMy order pick-up said it was fulfilled and ready, came to pick it up and the nice lady at checkout said it was cancelled. She called the manager, Sam, who stated he’s not sure why but the system incorrectly cancelled my order for no reason. I asked to reorder and he said I could in the app, i asked for help and he said i could do it myself. Everything was out of stock. He unsympathetically said that isn’t his problem and the store closes soon so he doesn’t have time to find my order either(even though they clearly have it there because it JUST cancelled). He said I can try ordering tomorrow IF my items restock……. He was a dweeb with little noodle arms and a dirty mustache. I hope no one ever requires help from him because he is fully uninterested in doing his job or being pleasant...
