I've been to this store quite a few times for different products/resins. Most of the Employees were friendly, helpful, and somewhat knowledgeable about the products they carry and how to use them. This is coming from someone who hasn't had any exposure to these types of products in a good 35 years or so 🄓. I did I counter one women who after sending me away because she assured me she knew what I was looking for and they sold out of that product, to check in again another day, only to find the product as I was walking by the store window as I was leaving. Ok, that happens they carry a lot of products it's definitely easy to get mixed up. However, when I re-entered the store explaining that I think I had just found what I was looking for on the other side of the very large store! She really seemed annoyed and irritated to assist me any further. After selecting the thing I had gone there for in the first place, I asked about another product across the store. She left the selected purchase on the counter when we returned to the register I paid for the purchase and she said you already picked it up right? I said NO I didn't šŸ¤·šŸ¼ā€ā™€ļø! She looked at me irritated so I started emptying my pockets then started on my purse to prove I didn't have the items. Finally she called over to a co-worker and asked if he put anything back in the case to which he answered he had! Thank God he remembered because I'm sure she would have made me pay again she obviously didn't believe me and didn't try to hide the way she was thinking in any way what so ever! Other than that 1 bad experience, and to be fair EVERYONE has a bad day now and again, unfortunately I think I caught her on one, I really have only good things to say about the store, products, AND employees!😁

I had to go to the vape shop to buy. A whole new setup upon arriving. I was greeted by Kameron with A K. And I have to say he went above and beyond anybody. Could he walked me through everything? Piece by Piece. He set my rig up and even put in my own vape juice. I was so happy once I left. I don't know who is the boss. But this man Kameron definitely deserves a raise because he went above and beyond like I stated. I am so happy and glad that I went here instead of Vegas Vapes./// Today the 17th it's been a week since I purchased. I changed my coil last night. And I could not figure out how to reset the counter. However, I called and spoke with Zach. He was very intuitive and helpful. I appreciate people like him knowing that I can pick up the phone at any time And call and always have someone to help. these guys are great people.I recommend Primal Glass to anyone who is looking for anything in relation with Smoke and Smoke accessories.

I never knew the customer to get punished financially for someone's mistake at their job. I recommend anyone going to perhaps choose another store. For your wallets sake!

I love this store but this particular visit was less desirable and pleasent. I went for a new downstem and slide during purchase i had concern about the thickness of a 18mm downstem it was 18mm from joint to stem and i said that i didnt think it would fit the joint of my roor either way made my purchase when handed my bag the clerk kinda banged it on the counter i went home to find the slide arm broken no big deal krazy glue fixed it but as i thought the downstem didnt fit went back for an exchange and a young lady there told me it was standard 18mm and didnt fit my roor because its an import. A red flag went up...you see roor is manufactured in Germany so yes all real roors are import in fact.then i explained that i need an 18mm to 14mm meaning 18mm joint to a 14mm stem with diffusers i was exhanged for a more expensive shower stem i only paid a 6 and change difference which was great need less to say that didnt fit either so i had to order what i needed from roor the company directly. The reason for the rating is the staff is not as knowledgeable as they seem i was given bad advice and steered in the wrong direction of purchase twice in the same day and slightly insulted about what type of glass i have at home because the store associate assumed that mine was a knock off due to her lack of knowledge in why she couldnt find a proper solution to my situation a day has passed since and i plan on exchanging the shower stem just for some cleaner at this point im not sure i will make any glass purchases any time soon from here. If you would like to have more knowledgeable staff feel free to contact me even if i dont know im not ashamed to find facts on the spot if need be so that i give the proper answer and learn something new.

Recap: Phil one of the owners looked into my mayter personally and produced results i found what i was looking for 3 times over in different lengths and got 2 new slides all hassle free very satisfied and will continue...

I would give zero if it was an option! Okay, so long story short I’ve been here 4 times now over the past 2 months and will never shop there again. With that said, I am against this store entirely, except their glass but even that is nothing special. They have no warranty on anything and don’t care if it was ā€œdamagedā€ by normal usage, (unless they think they can up sell you) terrible customer service, their discounts fluctuate to make themselves more money, and they are genuinely looking to make a quick buck off you. Now, why I know this to be true: Trip one, I buy a minimax based on suggestion of clerk ā€œit’s great, reliable, and what I use for daily smokingā€ (dude with broken arm). All I wanted was a reliable battery similar to what I had already. Trip two, I buy glass pipe, for which I still overpaid for because I like local businesses. Trip three, my minimax dies and I bring it back. First they flat out don’t believe me, then try it themselves to no avail. I am told no refunds/exchanges but they’ll do me a 25% discount on what I’d like (per mandi/Maddie idrc which, she was VERY rude) but they are currently out of stock. Trip 4, the next day; I go back based on them receiving more of what I’d asked for the night before. I buy two and she states my total, I inquire about the price because that seemed off. Now suddenly it’s a 10% discount instead of the 25% she specifically had quoted me! Then she proceeds to tell me they ā€œhave these issues often and that it’s cheap stuff from China what should I expect?ā€ Less than 24 hours she changed her price and told me they carry inferior goods! I didn’t even question it, if it’s worth losing repeat business then they do not care for their customers, BEWARE THIS IS A POOR PLACE TO BUY ANYTHING! BUYERS BEWARE, they sell this stuff online cheaper with a warranty/return/exchange programs, and it will come...
